Service Agreement

When requested, PA Excellence will provide an initial consultation and/or quote, there is no charge to the client for this time. 

Upon the initial engagement a Service Agreement will be provided to the client. This Service Agreement must be either signed by both parties or agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of any work.


Confidentiality

All client records, documents and other information provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, other than as stated in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more detail. 

If required, PA Excellence would be happy to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. All completed work will be saved for a period of six (6) months for future reference, after this time it will be destroyed unless otherwise requested by the client.


Rates & Payment Terms 

All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and GST is applicable to all services. Payment of invoices will be due seven (7) days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices which remain unpaid after thirty (30) days will incur an additional monthly charge of ten percent (10%) of the outstanding balance.  If invoices remain unpaid after ninety (90) days and we need to pass your unpaid accounts on to a debt collector you will be liable for all recovery costs. 

Any reasonable out of pocket expenses arising relating to postage, couriers, stationery, printing in excess of 20 pages, or other out of pocket expenses will be invoiced to the client in addition to the agreed rates and will be itemised on your invoice. 

Any pre-paid packages of hours will have an expiry of 6 months. No refunds are provided for any time unused in this period. 

Payment can be made via direct deposit and details will be included on your invoice.
