Appointment Scheduling Software - Do I Need It?

Whether your business is physiotherapy, hairdressing, personal training, dentist, chiropractor, doctor, counsellor, financial services, beautician or a legal firm you will have clients that need to schedule an appointment.  This can be time consuming and often takes you away from the client you are with when the call comes through. So why not automate that process and give your clients the option of picking a time that suits them?

There are many cloud based appointment scheduling options on the market so let’s look at a couple of the more popular choices. These appointment scheduling options have a plug in feature to ensure that you are able to integrate the software into your website. Most of these options also have a free or paid version and for a small business this is a cost effective, invaluable tool.  Once set up the hard work is done and you can sit back and watch your clients make their appointments.

How you pick your software will depend on exactly what you need from your appointment scheduling software but my favourites are Setmore and Super SAAS. I'd love to hear what you use and why you love it.
